Maravilla is a two bedroom two bath with fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico 

and 2.5 acres of private sugar white beaches. 

We finished the renovation just in time for Spring Break!

Everything is brand new & squeaky clean.

The redo included custom cabinets with granite countertops and

 all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

We chose a color of blue called "Swim" for the accent walls and the bathrooms. 

It compliments the Coastal theme of the new beadboard.

The kitchen is fully equipped for the meals you would like to have in. 

The refrigerator has an ice maker and there's even a blender for whipping up adult beverages.

There is a private balcony for being lazy. 

You can see a reflection of the Gulf of Mexico in the sliding glass door leading to bedroom.

This bedroom has a king size bed and has a great view of the beach. 

If you open the sliding glass door at night, the waves will lull you to sleep. 

This bathroom has been redone. It has a full shower and bath tub. 

We provide plenty of soft, fluffy towels.

Flip Flop 'Til You Drop!

This is a small second bedroom. It has a standard, double bed.

I have positioned it to look like a day bed to allow more room.

The second bath has been redone as well. It has a walk-in shower.

There are beach chairs and umbrella setups available on the beach.

You can rent them by the day or by the week.

Or you can bring your own beach chair.

Internet service is free for our guests.

The Maravilla Resort is located right in the heart of Destin, with great shopping,

seafood restaurants, water sports & of course, Destin's beautiful Harbor nearby.

There are two pools - one Gulf front (complete with grills) and one with a hot tub, tennis courts, 

a fitness center and even a basketball court.

Maravilla is a U-shaped complex with only the units in building two directly facing the beach.

We have been renting this unit to guests since it was built in 1995 and have 

visitors who have been coming year after year requesting the same unit.

We are family oriented and even pet friendly for small dogs.

SPRING TIME AT THE BEACH!

Springtime is always exciting here at the beach.  

Our sugar white beaches and the Destin Harbor are filled with beach goers and boaters.  This year we are especially eager to get out in the warm sunshine after an unusually cool winter.

We are giddy with joy and couldn't wait to trade our boots & sweaters for flip flops, tshirts & shorts!

There is so much going on here for spring and summer this year, starting with Spring Break from March through April - with Mardi Gras, St. Paddy's Day and Easter sprinkled in.

Wildly Exciting News for the Emerald Coast!

We are thrilled to hear the good news!

Getting to the beach just got easier than ever!

Today Vision Airlines will formally announce the expansion of its service to 17 new destinations from here at the Northwest Florida Regional Airport.
 

Vision Airlines will connect more than a dozen markets to the Emerald Coast this spring.
Vision will add four flights a week from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to Destin-Fort Walton Beach, Fla. Flights begin March 25. The flight from Atlanta will be $79 each way. However, travelers can book flights at the $49 one way introductory fare, when booked between Jan. 18-23.

Also getting Vision flights in March to the Emerald Coast are airports in Baton Rouge, La.; Greenville/Spartanburg, S.C.; Little Rock, Ark.; Knoxville, Tenn.; Birmingham, Ala.; Huntsville, Ala.; Macon Ga.; St. Petersburg, Fla.; Punta Gorda, Fla.; Savannah, Ga., and Louisville, Ky.
On April 1, Vision will add flights from Chattanooga, Tenn.; Asheville, N.C.; Columbia, S.C.; Shreveport, La.; and Orlando, Fla.  Vision said it plans to continue to expand to new markets.
