Ariel Dunes II is a new, luxury 24-story high rise condominium located in the Seascape Resort in beautiful Destin, Florida. This 7th floor unit has two bedrooms, two baths and features 8 foot sliding glass doors to the south-facing private balcony with great views of the lake and the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. This unit has 9 ft ceilings, a fully equipped, custom kitchen with granite kitchen countertops, and a washer/dryer in the unit. This complex has 3 pools totaling over 11,000 sq. feet of water with a large deck for catching some rays. The short walk to the beach leads you across the boardwalk of the fishing lake. You will enter the building through the expansive tiled lobby with its soaring ceiling as you make your way to the elevators. There is a fitness center overlooking the 3 pools. Relax after an invigorating workout in the fully equipped gym with your choice of a steam bath or sauna located next to the exercise room. There is an on-site restaurant featuring a full menu, a cocktail lounge and a coffee bar for your morning cup of Joe. The restaurant offers delivery service to your unit. It's just a short walk to 2000 feet of unobstructed sugar white sand beach with chairs and umbrellas available for daily or weekly rentals. The Whales Tail restaurant is right on the beach. There are many great restaurants and shops in the area. The largest outlet mall in the country is nearby. The beach is the most beautiful you will find outside of the Caribbean. The fishing is great year round. You can charter your own fishing boat or rent a pontoon boat and go crabbing in the Choctawatchee Bay. You can go parasailing or rent wave runners to play in the Gulf of Mexico. There are sail boats available and dolphin watching tours. There is water park and miniature golf for the little ones. Golf is right out the back door and there are several other great courses near by. Tennis is on the premises. There is a theater located just a short distance away at Destin Commons. Hard Rock Cafe and other great bars featuring live entertainment nightly are located in Destin Commons. You can always find plenty to do here. If you just want to relax, there is a Barnes and Noble Book store where you can purchase a good beach read.
