That is what our Maravilla Resort unit feels like.  Some of our guests have been staying at this same unit, making memories, since the complex was built in 1995. Their children have grown up spending their summer vacation on the beach at Maravilla.

This tastefully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, in the heart of Destin, overlooks the crystal clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico featuring 2 & 1/2 acres of private, gated, sugar white beaches.

There is a full size washer/dryer just off the kitchen.

gym, tennis court, & basketball.

There is a beach service offering a beach chair and umbrella already setup for rent by the day or week.  Some guests prefer to do what we locals do, and just take their own beach chairs.

When you need to get out of the sun, Silver Sands outlet stores, 

Grand Boulevard & Destin Commons are just minutes away.  

There are world class restaurants nearby with seafood so fresh that it slept in the Gulf last night.

You can even bring your small pet!

Spring Beach Vacation in Destin, Florida!

Today is the perfect day to be out enjoying the warm, tropical sunshine, sugar white sand and our incredible emerald water - right here on our Destin Beaches!

If you haven't made your spring or summer beach vacation plans yet, 

we still have a few weeks open at our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit at 

Ariel Dunes II Resort - one of our most popular vacation rentals. 

You will enter through this lobby with access to the pools, sauna, steam room and gym.

This 7th floor unit features 3 pools with over 11,000 gallons of water.

This is the master bedroom (with private bath) opening to an oversize 

balcony with fabulous views of the shimmering Gulf of Mexico 

and the Emerald Coast shoreline.

This is the second bedroom with queen size bed and adjoining bath.

This is the kitchen with full size refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher,

granite counter tops.  There is a laundry room with full size washer/dryer.

Dining table seats 6 + 3 counter stools.

If you're not in the mood to cook, there's an onsite restaurant, lounge 

(complete with live entertainment) and a coffee bar.

Beach Time!

From early November through the end of February, our magical coastal community is a charming, quiet little fishing village. That all changes on March 1 as we prepare to share our little slice of heaven with visitors who come back year after year.

  


Spring Breakers are eager to dip their toes in the surf, go parasailing along the beach, learn to YOLO board, go out for a day of deep sea fishing, sailing, or just hanging out on the beach.  

The ultimate attraction of Destin is the incredible sugar white beaches and crystal clear, emerald-turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico creating a magical, memory making vacation spot.  Our shores are dotted with lush tropical palms fanned by gentle gulf breezes.
